Tasteless, dry and stuffy… Eat ducks or chicken (you’ll thank me)!

We get chicken all year, too. Turkey’s great! One of the pleasures of the holiday are fresh turkey sandwiches the weekend after. (And if your turkey is dry and tasteless, then you aren’t doing it right!)

No way… No matter how well you cook it, a turkey meat will always feel stuffy compared to chicken, duck or goose.
Who knows, mebbe one day you’ll taste my wife’s roasted chicken, crispy skin, juicy meat, and you’ll get it 😉
